Hi, I’m Lisa — a holistic practitioner offering gentle, intuitive healing for those feeling out of balance, emotionally stretched, or simply ready for something more.

With over a decade of study and hands-on experience across multiple healing modalities — and a lifetime of learning through my own journey — I now hold space for others to reconnect with their inner wisdom and return to a more aligned way of living.

My approach blends science and soul, structure and intuition. Whether you’re drawn to reflexology, vibrational alchemy, or kinesiology, each session is tailored to meet your individual needs — emotionally, physically, and energetically.

Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic.

Sometimes the most powerful shifts happen when we feel safe enough to soften,

let go, and receive.

I work gently, without judgement or pressure — creating space for deep restoration,

reconnection, and whole-self renewal.

This is about remembering who you are beneath the stress, the stories, and the survival mode.

You don’t need to be “fixed.”

You’re not broken.

You’re simply being called back to yourself —

Cancellation Policy

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

I understand if you must cancel and reschedule appointments - sometimes unavoidable events occur. I would also like you to understand that I am a small business with limited appointment times. So if you need to cancel, please give me some notice so someone else can be offered your time.

Cancellation policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur.

I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

By proceeding with your bookings, you agree to my cancellation policy.

Our Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling for an appointment made for less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service booked.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my best to reschedule your service for another time. In a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services or fully waived.

If you are a no-show, you will forfeit the full cost of your appointment.

Purchase of appointment package policy:
Packages expire 3 months from the commencement of the first treatment of the package. For example, the first treatment would be the commencement of a package. Packages of appointments are not refundable or transferable. Packages are payable upfront, and there are no payment plans offered.

Payment plans

I do not currently offer payment plans; however, if cost is prohibitive for you seeking treatment, please make time to discuss with Lisa.

Fee Structure

I aim to give clients as much notice as possible when there are changes to fees or fee structure; however, due to the nature of business, my costs may rise unexpectedly. If there is time to inform clients, clients will be informed of changes via email or website.

In2 Alignment acknowledges the wisdom of the body, the depth of the spirit, and the importance of rest.
