Kinesiology is a  non-invasive, holistic healing technique that uses muscle monitoring to access any imbalances in the body’s energy systems and find the root cause of an issue.


It uses the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself. 


It helps to restore balance to the body and mind, creating lasting transformational change.


It works on the cause - not the symptom.

It is a natural energy-balancing therapy that is entirely safe for everyone, including children. This holistic healing takes into account the physical, nutritional,  mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects of a person.


Kinesiology does not treat, diagnose or prescribe. 


It looks to the body for answers and it detects and/or corrects imbalances.

This includes emotional memories, survival responses, beliefs, and long-held patterns formed throughout life — sometimes even before conscious memory.


In kinesiology sessions, we work beyond the thinking mind to gently access this deeper layer, allowing emotional and energetic stress to be identified and released in a way that feels safe and regulated.


This may include working with:

  • trapped emotions
  • inherited or ancestral emotional patterns
  • absorbed emotional energy from others
  • emotions formed early in life or in the womb
  • beliefs that influence how you see yourself and the world


Each session is unique and guided by what your system is ready to release.

Kinesiology sessions are currently conducted online and from a distance, either on a phone/messenger call.


This allows you to remain in the comfort of your own home and there is no need for travel.

It’s completely normal to feel unsure about which session to choose.
You don’t need to have it all figured out — this guide is here to help you gently orient.


Choose a General Kinesiology Session if you:

  • feel stuck, blocked, or unsure what’s going on
  • want support with emotional overwhelm, stress, or anxiety
  • notice repeating patterns you’d like to shift
  • want to explore trapped, inherited, absorbed, or early-life emotions
  • are curious about kinesiology and want to begin gently
  • prefer flexibility rather than a structured program


These sessions meet you where you are and work with whatever your body and subconscious are ready to address at the time.


You can book a single session or return as needed.

  

Choose the HeartWall Clearing Journey (6 sessions) if you:


  • feel emotionally guarded or shut down
  • struggle to fully receive love, intimacy, or support
  • notice patterns of heartbreak, loss, or emotional protection
  • feel disconnected from joy or authentic connection
  • sense that your heart has been protecting itself for a long time
  • feel ready for a deeper, more intentional process

All kinesiology sessions are currently offered online via phone or Messenger.

This has many benefits — especially for emotional work:


  • You can be in your own safe, familiar environment
  • There’s no need to travel or prepare your body to “perform”
  • If emotions come up during the session, you can sit with them, integrate, and  stay grounded in your own space
  • You can relax into the session rather than focusing on driving or logistics
  • You don’t need to worry about “holding it together” while travelling home afterward


Many clients find this more comfortable, healing, and supportive than in-person sessions. 


You will need to drink some water before, during and after the session, so have that ready to go before we start. 


Some people like to take notes, but I recommend you just let go and relax and allow the process to unfold. I will be taking notes and sharing relevant information during the session and send anything further, after the session.


Just come as you are, wear something comfortable, and find a quiet, uninterrupted space where you feel safe and relaxed.


That’s all you need — your body already knows what it needs.

This work is held in a safe, judgement-free space. 


You’ll be gently guided every step of the way, and nothing happens without your comfort and permission.

No — kinesiology is a complementary therapy.


It works beautifully alongside medical or mental health support by addressing emotional, energetic, and subconscious layers that may influence your wellbeing, but it does not diagnose, treat, or replace clinical care. 


Sessions are typically around one hour, which allows time for both exploration and integration during the appointment.  


Occasionally a session may extend to 1.5 hours in order to fully complete the balance.
